Ford CMAX / Fusion 21‑Cell Busbar & Wiring Kit

This kit includes everything needed to properly wire and connect the Ford CMAX / Fusion 21‑cell 25Ah lithium modules—without disassembling or reconfiguring the cells.

Important: This kit does NOT include the battery module. It only includes the busbars, wiring, PCB, hardware, and (for the Pro version) the balancer.

Kit Options

  • Standard Kit – 3 M8 Terminals
  • Pro Kit – 6 M8 Terminals + Heltec Balancer

Both versions are designed specifically for the OEM 21‑cell Ford CMAX / Fusion hybrid modules, allowing you to create a clean and reliable 4s5p 14.8V pack capable of extremely high current output—without modifying the internal cell layout.

Product Overview

This busbar kit is engineered for the Ford CMAX / Fusion 21‑cell 25Ah lithium modules used in hybrid vehicles. It allows you to convert the module into a powerful 4s5p Li‑ion pack without opening or rearranging the cells.

Once installed, the module becomes a compact, high‑output 14.8V battery capable of delivering up to 1500A (over 22,000 watts), making it ideal for DIY powerwalls, RV systems, EV projects, and high‑demand 12V applications.
