If you searched and could not find the answer to your question in the FAQ pages AND on the Community Forum, send us a message with your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation + supporting images / video. We get a lot of emails, so we can't answer inquiries that don't include full name, order number and a clear detailed explanation.
