Shipping policy

Turnaround Times
Standard orders are normally processed and ready to ship within 4 business days. Orders received after 4pm PST will be processed the next business day. Some turnaround adjustments may occur as a result of bad weather, COVID-19 restrictions, or 
peak periods. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as humanly possible, and we ask you to please be patient with us.

NOTE: Expected shipping times (next to the shipping rate) do not take into account the order processing times. Order processing time + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery time.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
JAG35 can ship non-battery items to all of the USA and it's territories via USPS, and we can ship some batteries to all of the 48 contiguous US states. We are not able to ship batteries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. Use the shipping calculator on the Order and Checkout pages to know your orders estimated shipping rate. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and actual shipping price may vary. We provide the following shipping options:

- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express (3pm PST cut-off time)
- FedEx Ground
- UPS® Ground
In some circumstances custom shipping estimates may be requested. Please keep in mind that all shipping estimates (manual and automatically generated) are only good for 2 days from the day we provide them to you, due to constant shipping cost fluctuations, and we would be required to refigure shipping estimates after 2 days.
PO Boxes (USA)
Shipping any items to a PO Box is not available, only shipping to full business and residential addresses. If you normally use a PO Box for receiving mail, when shopping with JAG35 you'll need to instead use a full business or residential address, be it from your place of employment, a nearby neighbora nearby friend, a nearby relative, etc. Before placing order, please make sure you make the proper arrangements for receiving your packages at the delivery address. JAG35 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Batteries cannot ship to PO Boxes, no exceptions.
 

International Shipping
JAG35 is able to directly ship only inside of the United States. JAG35 is not able to directly ship batteries to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. 
Although we can't directly ship to international addresses, you may be able to use a Ship-Forwarding service like Shipito to order some of our products and then have them forwarded to your international address. You (customer) are solely responsible for making sure that every item(s) you attempt to ship via any Ship-Forwarding service is not "prohibited", as most ship-forwarders have a list of "prohibited items" that they will not ship, so we strongly suggest that you consult with them before attempting to ship anything. JAG35 is not responsible in any way for any issues arising from your attempts to ship prohibited items via any Ship-Forwarding service.

Visit one of our international affiliates that may be able to ship to your country. Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are charged by the respective country and are out of JAG35's control.

Local Pickup
We may be able to make special arrangements for local pickup of large orders over $1000 (US) to customers local to our 91730 shop. Local pickups are generally limited to wholesale/B2B customers, bulk orders, and large heavy orders, but we may arrange them at our sole discretion. To arrange a local pickup, contact support@jag35.com . Pickup address is JAG35, 9007 Arrow Route, #170, Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730.

LTL Freight
We can accommodate for LTL freight when needed. Email us at support@jag35.com to receive an LTL freight quote. We will need to know the answers the following questions:

  • Is the delivery to a residential address?
  • Do you have a loading dock and forklift?
  • Do you need a truck with a lift-gate to lower the shipment to ground level?
  • Can the shipment be dropped off on the street in front of the delivery address or will you need the delivery to be moved inside by the driver?
  • Do you need to schedule a delivery appointment at an exact time?
  • Do you need to be called before your shipment arrives?
  • Do you need delivery guaranteed by a certain day and time?

If you have your own LTL carrier we can schedule your truck to pick up your bulk order from our 91730 shop as a free Local Pickup. Email us at support@jag35.com to get our shop address, for scheduling and details. Please keep in mind that LTL shipping estimates are only good for 2 days from the day we send them, due to constant shipping cost fluctuations, and we would be required to refigure the custom shipping estimate after 2 days.

Order Change or Cancellation Requests
In the rare event that a change order or cancellation is necessary, please email support@jag35.com and include your full name, email, the reason you are requesting a change, and order #(s). We are not able to handle order changes or cancellation requests that do not provide this information. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped. In the event that we are able to cancel or change and order after fulfillment, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Order changes may require a custom shipping quote that is a different cost from the original shipping quote, to accommodate the new product(s) added. Please keep in mind that custom shipping estimates are only good for 2 days from the day we send them, due to constant shipping cost fluctuations, and we would be required to refigure the custom shipping estimate after 2 days. 

Address Change Requests
In the event of an address change, please email support@jag35.com and include your full name, email and order #(s). We are unable to handle address change requests that do not provide this information. If the package has already been fulfilled or shipped, an address change fee of $25 will apply. Address changes may require a custom shipping quote that is a different cost from the original shipping quote. Please keep in mind that custom shipping estimates are only good for 2 days from the day we send them, due to constant shipping cost fluctuations, and we would be required to refigure the custom shipping estimate after 2 days.

Combining Shipping
Our shipping is setup to maximize your savings. For that reason we normally can't do custom shipping combinations. When it is possible for us to combine shipping, we will try to do so, at our sole discretion. Keep in mind battery shipping regulations do not allow us to combine certain battery shipments, for safety reasons.

Return Requests
Due to incidents involving unscrupulous individuals trying to take advantage of us, we try to avoid accepting returns. We do provide our customers with a good faith 30-day warranty for "new", "unused", "tested" and "working" items we carry in-house (not for items linked to 3rd party sellers). Please note that we can't accept return requests older than 30 days after the date of purchase. Please be aware that products sold as “final sale”, "untested", "unknown condition", "cell harvesting only", and "sold as-is" are not eligible for returns and are not covered by any warranty, expressed or implied.

If you can prove that one of the products you purchased from JAG35 is "defective" please email support@jag35.com and include your full name, email, order #, clear visual proof (images, video, or both) of the defect, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a return and how you tried to use the product, including how you tried to build or modify the product. "It's broken", "it doesn't work", "I can't make it work for my device", or "I don't know how to use the product" are not valid explanations to get a return approved. We are unable to handle return requests that do not provide all of this information. Returns are contingent upon the customer proving their claim using convincing visual proof (images, videos, or both) that a return is necessary. JAG35 has the sole authority to deem the goods to be in returnable condition.

Returns must be packaged properly so as to not cause damage to the returned product and to the general public. Returns must be packaged snugly and securely so as to avoid any movement during transit. Batteries and cells must be packaged especially carefully so as to not pose a health hazard, this includes, but is not limited to, discharging the battery (if you fully charged it) and isolating & covering up any potentially "hot" wires before sending it back. Returns that are not packaged properly voids all JAG35 warranties, expressed or implied, as the products may be damaged during transit, making them no longer eligible for refunds and/or replacements.

Returned items cannot be accepted if they are modified by customer in any way, they must be returned exactly as they were received by customer. Products that are modified by customers in any way are not eligible for refunds and/or replacements.

Returns will be handled as soon as possible, please be patient. If you have a specific timeframe within which you need a return handled, please specify that when contacting us and we will do our best to meet your timeframe in good faith, but we make no guarantees.

"I don't know how to use the product" is not a valid reason for a return. Please do your due diligence before making any purchases from JAG35. By purchasing on our website you acknowledge that you agree with these terms.

Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Order(s)
In the rare event of a lost, damaged, or incomplete order please email support@jag35.com and include your full name, email, order #(s), the reason you are sending us the email, and at least 2 clear images of the problem with the goods. We are not able to handle requests that do not provide this information. Once we receive the necessary info from the customer, JAG35 will assess the situation to determine the proper resolution, at our sole discretion.

In the case of an order that is lost in transit, the shipping company is responsible (Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc) and the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. For FedEx claims, JAG35 can file a claim only until 60 days after the expected delivery date. In the case of an order that is "lost" after successful delivery, JAG35 is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages after successful delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate their affairs to meet the shipping company's timeline when expecting deliveries. Customer may file a claim with the shipping company in order to determine if the shipping company made a delivery error, and it will be the shipping company's responsibility to remedy the situation. Replacements
Valid replacement claims are contingent upon customer's claim being proven valid by JAG35's evaluation and/or testing at our sole discretion. JAG35 has the sole authority to deem the goods to be in replaceable condition. A replacement of the same exact item will be will be given. In the event that the same exact item is not available or out of stock, you agree to accept a comparable alternative as a replacement. If neither the exact item nor a comparable alternative is available, only store credit (JAG35 gift card) will be given. No cash refunds can be given. By shopping with us you agree to this, see our Terms of Service. If you wish to receive a different item of higher value, please contact support@jag35.com to make arrangements and to pay the price difference. If you wish to receive a different item of lower value, please contact support@jag35.com to make arrangements and we will return the price difference to you as store credit ONLY.

JAG35 is unable to accept replacement requests older than 30 days after the order date of purchase. Products sold as “final sale” or "as-is" are not eligible for replacements.

Custom Shipping Estimates
Customers may request custom shipping estimates, but we will only figure custom shipping estimates when we deem it necessary and on a case-by-case basis, since our website includes an automatic shipping cost calculator. Custom shipping estimates may be needed when ordering large, heavy, or bulky items. Contact us at support@jag35.com to request a custom shipping estimate. Please keep in mind that custom shipping estimates are only good for 2 days from the day we send them, due to constant shipping cost fluctuations, and we would be required to refigure the custom shipping estimate after 2 days.

Shipping Cost Adjustments
In rare instances our automatic shipping calculator may overquote a very small item. If you notice this on one of your orders, plz contact us immediately at support@jag35.com so we can verify or adjust the shipping cost for you. Our system may also on rare occasions underquote shipping for multiple large items. Listings where we know this has happened will mention in the description: "To get an accurate shipping price when buying more than x2 sets of large and/or heavy items, plz email support@jag35.com". If you place an order that was underquoted for shipping costs, plz be aware that we may email you with an additional invoice in order to collect the balance due. Orders will only ship out when the full shipping costs have been paid in full.
