IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DO NOT CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THE RISK OF USING LITHIUM BATTERIES AND RELATED COMPONENTS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM US.
By shopping and buying product from JAG35, either online or in person, or by participating in the JAG35 Community Forum, you are agreeing to our terms of service and policies, and also you agree to:
1. Take full responsibility for having, or acquiring, all of your own information, specs, tools, measurement instruments, parts and related devices in order to make our second-life products work for your specific builds. In other words, if you buy a product from us and then realize you don't have, or don't want to acquire, the tool(s) or information needed to make our product(s) work for your specific build, this does not constitute valid grounds for replacements, exchanges or refunds. You are responsible for doing your due diligence before making any purchases.
2. Take full responsibility for immediately checking any products you receive to make sure orders are complete and that products are as advertised. JAG35 is unable to accept refund requests older than 30 days after the date of purchase. Please be aware that products sold as “final sale”, "untested" or "sold as-is" are not eligible for refunds and are not covered by any warranty, express or implied.
3. Take full responsibility for making sure that someone is available to receive any packages delivered to you. You are responsible for coordinating your own affairs in order to meet the shipping company's package delivery timeline. JAG35 is not responsible for stolen or missing packages after successful delivery. In the case of an order that is "lost" after successful delivery, you may file a claim with the shipping company in order to determine if the shipping company made a delivery error, and it will be the shipping company's responsibility to remedy the situation. You agree to not hold JAG35 responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages.
4. Take full responsibility for the proper disposal of depleted or damaged batteries. You are responsible for contacting your local hazmat waste disposal company for proper disposal.
5. Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the indemnified parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to participation in any activity and any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by buyer or assignee, or caused to others or their property by buyer or assignee. Buyer also agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements incurred.
6. Release JAG35 from any and all liability, and not sue, make any claims or file any actions against JAG35, or the seller and owner or operator of businesses offering products through this website, or any one of the aforementioned entities and each of their insurance carriers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, members, representatives, assignees, employees, volunteers and agents, as well as any manufacturers and distributors (hereinafter the "Indemnified Parties” collectively, the "Indemnified Party” individually) that are based on, arise or result from, in whole or in part, use of the product, and
7. Assume any and all risks of injury or death resulting from use of the products.
8. Accept store credit only when dealing with refunds.
New York USA residents:
On 3/2/2023 New York passed a law banning the sale of lithium-ion batteries for mobility devices that are not certified to UL 2271, and the assembly and reconditioning with cells removed from used batteries for commercial sale within the state of New York (more details here). New York residents, you are solely responsible for researching, understanding and complying with all pertinent regulatory rules, laws, statutes, and NY safety standards.
Safety is important to us, we don't want people to get hurt or property to get damaged, especially when working with DIY and/or second-life lithium-ion batteries. All batteries everywhere are inherently dangerous, so we urge all who work with DIY and/or second-life lithium-ion batteries to take safety seriously so as to avoid causing any harm to self, others or property.

By consenting to JAG35’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
