Refund Requests
In the rare event in which a refund is necessary, please email support@jag35.com and include your full name, email, order #, clear visual proof (images, video, or both) of the defect, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund ("it's broken", "it doesn't work", "I can't make it work for my device" are not valid explanations). We are unable to handle refund requests that do not provide all of this information. Refunds are contingent upon the customer proving their claim using convincing visual proof (images, videos, or both) that a refund is necessary. You agree that JAG35 has the sole authority to deem the goods to be in refundable condition. Refunds are given as store credit ONLY.
We do provide our customers with a good faith 30-day warranty for most of the items we carry in-house (not linked to 3rd party sellers). Please note that we are unable to accept refund requests older than 30 days after the date of purchase. Please be aware that products sold as “final sale”, "untested" or "sold as-is" are not eligible for refunds and are not covered by any warranty, express or implied. By purchasing on our website you acknowledge that you agree with these terms.
Customer agrees to pay a 10% minimum restock fee, which is deducted from the store credit amount. Refunds and returns that require substantially more handling and service may require up to a 20% restock fee. We can give you a refund in store credit ONLY, minus the restock fee.
Return Requests
Due to incidents involving unscrupulous individuals trying to take advantage of us, we try to avoid accepting returns. We do provide our customers with a good faith 30-day warranty for most of the items we carry in-house (not linked to 3rd party sellers). Please note that we are unable to accept return requests older than 30 days after the date of purchase. Please be aware that products sold as “final sale”, "untested", "unknown condition", "cell harvesting only" or "sold as-is" are not eligible for returns and are not covered by any warranty, expressed or implied.
If you can prove that one of the products you purchased from JAG35 is "defective" please email support@jag35.com and include your full name, email, order #, clear visual proof (images, video, or both) of the defect, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a return ("it's broken", "it doesn't work", "I can't make it work for my device", or "I don't know how to use the product" are not valid explanations). We are unable to handle return requests that do not provide all of this information. JAG35 has the sole authority to deem the goods to be in returnable condition.
Returns MUST be packaged properly so as to not cause damage to the returned product nor to the public. Returns must be packaged snugly and securely so as to avoid any movement during transit. Batteries and cells must be packaged especially carefully so as to not pose a health hazard, this includes, but is not limited to, discharging the battery (if you fully charged it) and isolating & covering up any potentially "hot" wires before sending it back. Returns that are not packaged properly voids any warranty, expressed or implied, as they may be damaged during transit, and they are no longer eligible for refunds and/or replacements.
Returned items cannot be accepted if they are modified by customer in any way, they must be returned exactly as they were received by customer. Products that are modified by customers in any way are not eligible for refunds and/or replacements.
Returns will be handled as soon as possible, please be patient. If you have a specific timeframe within which you need a return handled, please specify that when contacting us, we will do our best to meet your timeframe, in good faith, but we make no guarantees.
"I don't know how to use the product" is not a valid reason for a return. Please do your due diligence before making any purchases from JAG35. By purchasing on our website you acknowledge that you agree with these terms.
If your return will also necessitate a refund, please be aware that all refunds are given in store credit ONLY, no exceptions. Please be aware that shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns that are NOT defective
If after JAG35's evaluation and/or testing, returns are deemed NOT defective, customer agrees to pay a 10% minimum restock fee (basically for wasting our time and for making us pay for a return shipping label unnecessarily) in order to get their working product back or to get a replacement. Returns that require substantially more handling and service may require up to a 20% restock fee.
We can give you store credit ONLY for the returned item, minus the restock fee.
Replacements
Replacements are contingent upon customer's claim being proven valid by JAG35's evaluation and/or testing. You agree that JAG35 has the sole authority to deem the goods to be in replaceable condition. A replacement of the same exact item will be will be given. In the event that the same exact item is not available or out of stock, you agree to accept a comparable alternative as a replacement. If neither the exact item nor a comparable alternative is available, a refund in store credit (JAG35 gift card) will be given. No cash refunds can be given. If you wish to receive a different item of higher value, please contact support@jag35.com to make arrangements and to pay any price difference. If you wish to receive a different item of lower value, please contact support@jag35.com to make arrangements and we will return the price difference to you as store credit ONLY.
"I don't know how to use the product" is not a valid reason for a replacement for an alternate product. Please do your due diligence before making any purchases from JAG35.
