Updated design, v2.0
This is a full kit for building a 24v 2kWh Powerbox (Large Battery Module) using 168x cells (style 18650) that you can easily load up using a minimal amount of tools. This powerbox can be used for many applications like portable and stationary energy storage. The system is designed around PCBs (printed circuit boards) using cell holders scalable by stacking multiple boards on top of each other using brass standoffs that serve as the electrical connection between them. Battery cells sold separately > here.

The PowerBox is based around a recycled/repurposed aluminum box and it ships fully assembled without cells and it requires the end user to disassemble it, load it with 168-cells 18650 and reassemble it back together. Battery cells sold separately > Find batteries here.

The entire process can be done with a Phillips screw driver and a couple of sockets. It has a 60A Battery Management System that keeps the battery cells balanced and safe. Includes a battery level meter that can remain continuously on or off.
