Brokerage and Custom Fees are not included in the cost of shipping, customer is responsible for any fees charged at delivery. International packages will ship out with full value declared, no exceptions*.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Address changes while in transit are only available for UPS Shipments with an additional fee. Once packages are delivered we are not responsible for the package, please double check shipping address at checkout. Please be aware that address changes WILL cause a delay.
SERVICE CHANGE
Delivery method cannot be changed once item has been shipped.
FOR ALL ORDERS:
Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to process. Delivery method choice does not change the order processing time. Packages are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.

Any shipments delivered to international customers may be subject to sales taxes, duties and customs charges. The amount of these charges will be determined by your local government and may vary. Please contact your local government for additional information on any charges or taxes they charge. If an order is refused or returned, Jag35.com is not responsible for any fees paid to local governments and this money will not be refunded.
While the majority of orders shipped internationally by Jag35.com will have no issues making through customs, some orders may be returned to us. If an order is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping fees charged to them by by Jag35.com.
Furthermore, Jag35.com, in an effort to adhere to all international customs laws and policies, is required to declare the full and correct amount of the product being shipped on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a different amount on a package than the purchase price that was paid for it.
