Will this and the ball head mount work with rails? Some of the pictures show a rail mount, does it come with that (Either of them)

Sorry to report that I bought the gooseneck and it is not a good solution for mounting the monitor. I have substituted a ball mount (that I had laying around) which is more flexible, more solid and allows the monitor to sit in a more useful position – down closer to the frame. Happy to report that the monitor and dfocus work nicely though.

1. No we don't have that. Only the option available on the website.
2. Yes, the goose neck art has a 1/4-20 screw so you can screw the monitor to it. Also if you have a 1/4-20 thread on your handle, then all you'll need is a threaded stud.
